Wow What a Breath of FRESH AIR to have a Caring Leasing Agent now at Val Vista Gardens !! I am in #131 and Zion found I had over paid for a long time as I knew leases were more for the new year ! I had a the best tour ever today. The only problem I had was they didn't have any 3 bedrooms on the property. She offered to send me to one of her sister properties. Its sad because she told me on the phone she didn't have any 3 bedrooms on the property and I did not hear that, I thought she meant she didn't have any available at the time. Zion still showed me a 1 bedroom gave me a grand tour of the property. I am still a little sad, but it will get better Zion referred me to Lindsay Palms instead. I appreciate the time she took with us. I wish more managers were like her.

I visited Val Vista Gardens today and was approved for a 1 bedroom apartment. The manager Zion gave me a wonderful tour of the entire property. She let me know what to expect, she also explained all of the fee's for me. I would recommend Val Vista Gardens for anyone, that wants a nice place to live. Especially if you want someone professional to speak with about everything that happens on the property.

I just recently moved into Val Vista Apartments. The manager there Zion has been wonderful. Super pleasant and was able to break down all the charges for me. I have bad anxiety and she walked the entire property with me until I calmed down. I know its not her job but no one has ever made me feel so normal.

I just signed my lease and will be a resident on 6/7. I am doing this review on your leasing agent named Zion. What a bright light! She has an awesome personality! I had a few questions and concerns being as though Arizona is experiencing absurd price gouging, and she was more than happy to help! Apartment hunting is super stressful, especially in these times, but she made it so much more pleasant and smooth. And calmed my frazzled nerves.

Shout Out to April our Landlord and maintenance man Jorge. They get things done and very responsive to work orders, etc. I feel very comfortable living at Val Vista Gardens and the upkeep is very well maintained and a very quiet, enjoyable place to live😊 feeling 😇

I picked Val Vista Gardens as my next place to call home because of April. From the moment I spoke with her over the phone to the time I picked up my keys to my new apartment. April was nothing but inviting, informative and made me feel good about choosing val vista gardens. Its been just a couple of weeks but I love it. The community itself is very well maintained and clean. Very happy with my decision.

I have lived here for my entire time in AZ and it was great. Granted, it's not like your luxury apartments in Gilbert and such, but if you are looking for a quiet place to live with a roof over your head, this is the place. It's a small complex that still has amenities, which was more than enough for me. The office and maintenance staff are nice people. I actually like it better than the bigger complexes, just cause its less people to deal with. Overall, it was a great place to live. Definitely recommend.

While not super happy with rent increase since new owners there is always a place to live that is worse, dangerous or just insane to consider. Val Vista Garden Apartments continues to be a solid place to be. Thank-you Jay and co. Hopping and praying that is remains so.

My wife and I have been living here for 7 months now and we have never had a negative experience. The complex is very well taken care of and the pool area is very clean. Just a few days ago, we had an issue where half of the power was not working in our apartment. This was problematic as it is the middle of July and the AC was out. Called the emergency maintenance and someone was at the door within 5 minutes to help us out. Got everything taken care of the same day and even provided us with a portable AC unit until power was restored. The next day the complex manager Jay called to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure we were okay. The staff and Jay (manager) are incredibly friendly and work hard to make sure every experience is positive.

Great place to live! My husband and I moved in when our son was weeks old and have not had any issues whatsoever! Jay is awesome at what he does and is kind and respectful with everyone who walks into the office. The grounds are kept up well and maintenance is always quick to get things done. I would rate 10 stars if I could! We love it here!

I was looking for a "Per income studio apt". for my client and best friend when I came across Val Vista Gardens. Although I knew my friend probably could not afford the rent coming out of the situation she was coming out of, something caught my attention. I started to read the reviews and to my surprise the owner himself addressed the complaints as much as the reviews that praise Val Vista Gardens. I only hope I am giving credit where credit was due. To the owner who wrote the replies to the reviews and not his Assistant.

I enjoy my neighborhood! Our managment is helpful and friendly. The pool is clean and my neighbors look-out for one another. I wish I had a bigger place but this apartment has done me well over the years. Oh and the maintenance crew are good at what they do and operate/follow guidelines set by management (i.e. requested work is done, no pish posh fast fix here and there under the radar). :-)

Decent place to live. If anything needs to be repaired it's easily to have access to the maintenance to come fix it. Only issues are parking, no assigned parking after residing there for going on 9 months, and it's very unacceptable, and apartment wasn't cleaned upon move in. Other than that the amenities of the tv that comes in the unit, the apartment staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice area to live in.

I really, really like it here. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is that people are not adhering to the pool hours especially on the weekends and those darn pigeons are everywhere and pooping on every thing. About to put some type of spikes or an alarm on my balcony to keep them off. It's very quiet and relaxed here and I like that. Big change from living in the city of VA.

Moved here march 2017. Very nice and very friendly. When something needs to be fixed they fix it right away. They just started a program here called urban village. They try to get the whole complex involved. It's really nice to see them get involved.

I give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for ambience,the courteous professional (and patient) management,the maintenance (although it did take 3 tries and 1 refit to fix the noisy AC) and the location in regards to shopping. I am however not thrilled with the rent increase when new property owners took over. But it was nice to be able to get decent coffee from the office after my coffee maker self-destructed.

I've lived here about 6 months and everything has been fantastic. The manager, Kim, is fantastic. Compared to previous apartment managers I've come in contact with, Kim is so great at what she does. The maintence guy has always come quickly for repairs and the office has always been on top of things since I've moved in. The people in the complex are nice overall, I've never come in contact with any bad neighbors either.

We just moved in about a week ago, so far so good. Big apartments with washer and dryer. Updated black kitchen appliances, maintenance came ASAP to fix a few things which is great. I love that it's a small complex, the only downside is our unit being by the road so it gets a bit noisy in the mornings/day (investing in some good light and sound muffling curtains will help) but nothing we can't handle, the complex is very quiet and for the price/space/amenities/upkeep of the grounds, it's perfect for us. Kim and the other ladies in the office have been great.
