For my first apartment I love living here. April was super helpful and informative with my move and what all I needed and should expect. George has been great, I can always expect my work orders to be completed in timely manner. The property is beautiful

April has been so helpful and communicative with us during this pandemic. Its comforting to know you have someone to count on, she has provided us with all kinds of resources. To add, maintenace is always done in a timely fashion. Love living here.

We just renewed our lease, we love it here April and George make living here enjoyable. Work orders get done so quick and any time we have an issue (not that there are many) April is quick to solve it. The landscaping is always upkept, beautiful views all around!

Being new to AZ from MI and in need of an apartment. I stumbbled across this quaint little property in Mesa. Although they had nothing available, April was pleaseant and informative, very personalbe. As soon as something becomes available I will be applying.

I was hesitatnt to renew my lease due to the pandemic but the thought of leaving to the unknown was hard. April has been so paitent and understanding with all my questions and work orders, which always get done by George asap. You never know if you'll be able to find another place that makes you feel at home. Happy to say I'll be here for another year!

My son has lived in Val Vista Gardens for over 4 years. We have nothing but great comments about this community! Well kept, fair prices and an amazing management team! April Torres the community manager is professional, helpful and smart! Between April and George, the maintenance supervisor, everything gets done in a timely manner with a smile! Consider Val Vista Gardens as your next home, you will be glad you did!

April the new Property Manager has been more than understanding, patient and courteous with my situation. If I ever need something in my apartment worked on, April & George get it done in a timely manner!

I have lived here for a year and I just singed another lease. George has been an amazing handy man always completes my work orders quickly. In the office, April the new manager is such a pleasant person to talk to very understanding and is a good listener. I feel at home here.

I recently moved here back in October 2019 It's been a nice and quiet apartment complex to live at and highly recommend Val Vista Gardens.
